Returns/Exchange
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@pinkposhseoul.com with a picture of the damaged or incorrect product. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
